Q: How long have you been around?
A: We have been trading for over 90 years, based in Leeds, most of our competitors are “Fred’s working out of sheds”, we are a proper Company with a trade counter, workshop and experienced staff, feel free to call in for a cup of tea and friendly advice.

A: Yes, probably the best in the UK, with the best time served radiator technicians in the industry

A: Yes, we have a fleet of vans and also use various parcel and pallet companies

A: No, we service the whole of the UK and Worlwide on any commercial radiator repair work, Classic car repair work, Vintage car radaiator repair work and specialist radiator repair work.

Q:How long is delivery?
A: One your order is ready we delivery to the UK  next working day (Highlands and Islands please check )
Ireland is 2-3 days and Europe is 5-7 Days.
Times are based on all orders placed before 3pm.

Q: Which Courier Company?
A: FedEx is our preferred partner but we may use others.

Q: Can you deliver to my work address?
A: Yes, we can, all we to do is verify your work address with a change of address form. If you paying by PayPal please change the address before you send the payment.

Q: What methods of payment do you take?
A: We accept credit / debit cards, PayPal, cheque, postal order, bank transfer and cash. Please do not send cash in the post. Post Cheques to the Leeds address, goods can only be dispatched on receipt of cleared funds.

Q: What happens if no one is in to sign for the order?
A: The courier driver may try to leave the goods with a neighbour. In most cases the goods will be returned to the local depot for collection or re-delivery( additional charges may apply) We can deliver your order on a specific day when somebody is available for delivery at your address, call us on 0800 002 9625 for more details.

Q: My order has not arrived yet?
A: Don’t worry, call our customer services 0800 002 9625 and we will check on the status of the order and sort out any issues.

Q: What if my order is incompatible?
A: If you have any doubt which part you need to order phone 0800 002 9625 with your reg number and we will identify the part for you.

Q: How long do I have to report a faulty or incompatible part?
A: Please advise us immediately, if the parcel appears damaged please sign as “damaged”.

Q: Will www.repair-workshop.co.uk ship outside of the UK?
A: Yes we will! Please email info@northernradiators.co.uk for a quote. All orders will be non returnable to international destinations

Q: Can you collect my radiator?
A: Yes, we have 5 vans that collect and deliver to most of Yorkshire. We can also arrange for collection by a parcel Company anywhere in the UK. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
